For your tired, overworked feet follow this simple recipe:

Blend your essential oils in an amber bottle – 2mL Peppermint, 2mL Spearmint and 1mL Lavender French Population. Mix 10 drops of this blend with 100gm Magnesium Sulphate and add 0.5mL of Calendula Healing oil. For optimum results prepare this blend a week in advance and seal in an air tight container. Fill a suitable bowl or foot spa with warm water and add 10gm/one tablespoon of the foot salts and stir until dissolved.

Light a few tealight candles, put one of our new essential oil blends, Awaken, Luxury, Peace or Rest into your candle burner or vapouriser. Play soft relaxing music and sit in your comfortable chair with your feet in the foot bath. Relax and clear your mind for 20 minutes.
