Return Policy

It has been our long-standing policy to satisfy the Everyday Aromatherapy needs of our many customers. Every product sold by TAP is guaranteed. If you do receive a product that you would like to return, please follow these simple steps:

• Contact us toll-free at 1-800-327-2025 within 90 days of your purchase in order to explain why you are not satisfied..
• When you receive authorization to return, package your return carefully and send to:

• Please send your return via USPS or UPS, pre-paid. COD's will not be accepted.

How are shipping and handling charges calculated?

Shipping and handling charges are based on the total weight of each individual package in the shipment for each delivery address.

What shipping options are available for domestic shipments and shipments to Canada?

We are currently having to provide a simple work-around on our Shopping Cart to ship our products to international customers. Please accept our apologies for this inconvenience. We have many international customers and promise to handle your orders in a professional manner.

Complete your selection of items using the Shopping Cart. When you "checkout," use the following instructions to complete your address. Our Shopping Cart is not formatted to ship to international addresses, but can be adjusted using the following instructions:

• Enter your actual "City"
• For the "State," enter IL
• For the "Postal Code," enter 60187. Leave the "Phone" field blank.
• For processing purposes, choose U.S. Postal Service, Priority Mail as the "Shipping Method," however the rates will not apply. International shipping rates will be determined based on the weight of the shipment. You will be notified of the actual shipping charges before your order is processed. We will determine the best method of shipping once we finalize the order.
• Send us an email with your actual address, as formatted in your country.

Complete the remainder of the information as requested. Your credit account will not be charged until the order is processed.
