Privacy Policy Regarding Your Personal Information

If you set up an account, we will use your e-mail address to verify your identity upon future visits to the site. If you have previously saved any information (home address, phone number, etc.), that data can be accessed once you log in. Financial information (such as credit card number and billing address) that you provide is used strictly to place orders on merchandise that you request.

After placing an online order with us your email address will be added to our loyalty database, which we use to keep you informed of sales and promotions on our website. If you do not wish to be contacted about these special offers, you will have the option of unsubscribing when you receive an email from us.

Throughout the site, you have the option of modifying or updating your personal information. We do not pass the names and addresses of our online visitors to other companies.

Return Policy

It has been our long-standing policy to satisfy the Everyday Aromatherapy needs of our many customers. Every product sold by The Aromatherapy Place is guaranteed. If you do receive a product that you would like to return, please follow these simple steps:

  • Contact us at (630) 653-3082 within 90 days of your purchase in order to explain why you are not satisfied.
  • When you receive authorization to return, package your return carefully and send to:

  • Please send your return via USPS or UPS, pre-paid. COD's will not be accepted. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.


How are shipping and handling charges calculated?

Shipping and handling charges are based on the total weight of each individual package in the shipment for each delivery address.
