Palm Oil

Palm Oil from The Aromatherapy Place has excellent moisturizing properties. It is a semi-solid material with a creamy white to pale yellow color. Palm Oil is a natural source of palmitic fatty acids, a useful ingredient in soaps, detergents and cosmetics.

Palm Oil is a renewable and important resource, however in some areas, such as Kalimantan, Indonesia, illegal plantations are being grown and Orangutans are being pushed out of their natural habitat as the land is cleared. We do not use any Indonesian Palm Oil. All of our Palm Oil is sourced from legal plantations in Malaysia where we have known all of our growers for over 20 years.

Why Auroma Palm Oil from The Aromatherapy Place? So you needn't worry about buying vegetable oils that are adulterated. Auroma has an on-site full laboratory where all vegetable oils undergo rigorous testing and analysis. This is done using the latest in Quality Assurance with Gas Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry (GC/MS) equipment to accurately analyse each batch of vegetable oils we receive from our farmers. We do this even with the growers we have dealt with for over 20 years. Every batch, every time! Our vegetable oils are not tested on animals and do not contain animal products.
