Description of Rosemary Essential Oil Spanish
The scent of Rosemary Spanish
essential oil can be described as being strong, clear and penetrating, a refreshing herbal scent. The Spanish
chemotype is sometimes described as being camphoraceous. The oil itself is a pale yellow to almost colorless mobile liquid. It is steam distilled from the leaves, flowers and twigs of a small evergreen shrub with thick aromatic, linear leaves, which grows up to 2m (approximately 7ft) in height. The different geographical locations of Rosemary play a large part in the levels of various constituents within Rosemary - the best documented are from Morocco, Spain, & Tunisia
