Description of Arnica Infused Oil
Arnica Infused Oil from The Aromatherapy Place has been used in ointments & creams throughout the world for many years. It is dark green in color and is thought by many naturalists to be beneficial for bumps, bruises & skin contusions.
Infused Oils, such as Arnica, are made by macerating plant material in a fixed oil, typically a vegetable oil such as Soya Bean Oil, Almond Sweet Pure Oil, Jojoba Oil, Coconut Oil or other vegetable oils. The plant material is then strained and filtered out of the preparation. The resulting oil can be used directly on the skin or incorporated into creams, ointments or treatment oil blends. Also, each can be used as ingredient in Fragrance Free, low-allergy Base Products, including Shampoo, Conditioner, Moisturizer, Cleansing Lotion and Shower & Bath Gel.
Our Auroma brand Arnica Infused Oil infuses Arnica Flowers (Arnica montana) in a base of Soya Bean Oil (Glycine soya), Sweet Almond Oil (Prunis dulcis), Tocopherol (Natural vitamin E), & Rosemary Extract (Rosmarinus officinais).
