Put 18oz of Soap Powder in a bowl. Pour 8oz of Watermelon Water,stir. Blend to remove lumps. Add Sea Breeze Fragrance Oil. Roll into balls, place on wax paper turn regularly. Allow 7 days to dry. Recipe will make approx. 30 Soap Balls.
