Description of Dead Sea Mineral Salts

Dead Sea Mineral Salt from The Aromatherapy Place is produced on the banks of the sea in “farms”. Canals are built within the sea, and the water is pumped or channeled into solar ponds to allow natural evaporation to occur within the pond, leaving the saturated salts behind. As natural evaporation begins table salt is the first salt exposed, as it is the least soluble in water. The more complex salts (the desired ones) remain in the water at this stage. The table salt is removed and the complex salt water is moved to a separate pond nominated for the complex salt evaporation. Once the complex salt pond reaches a depth of 1 to 1 1/2 feet deep, the salt is collected and sent to be cleaned before being released for sale.

Dead Sea Mineral Salt helps to create an extremely releasing and relaxing bathing experience for tense, tired and over-worked bodies.
