A common reaction to stressful situations is to try to escape, at least temporarily, by taking a coffee break or a quick smoke. But this only adds to the toxins in your body and does not attempt to deal with the underlying causes. A more effective tactic is to confront stress, and to tackle it positively. Reallocate your time so that more of it is devoted to enjoyable, relaxing activities and less to stress-inducing tasks. Take a short walk outside first thing in the morning, for example. Eat regularly, take time over your meals, and keep in touch with your mind and body by joining a yoga class. Last but not least, use essential oils to help you. One of their main attributes is their ability to relieve stress.
